Decided to invest on yarn manufacturing, our corporation had its first property of 90,000 square meter bought from Şanlıurfa Organized Industrial Site in 2013.Our facilities were build over 50,000 square meters of closed area with an investment value of 50 Million USD, making it the most advanced yarn facilities in Turkey, Middle East and the Balkans.
Our facility has preferred world's recognized Rieter Ring Spinning Machines, Murata Winders, Marzoli Spinning Systems and Uster Laboratory Equipments. The production capacity is 20 Ring Frames.Our production line is equipped with full vacuum technology and have type 1824i. Total i number is 36,480.Facility has a daily production capacity of 25 tons, and monthly production hits the limit of 750 tons.
Our factory started spinning in 2014, in order to produce 1st class compact and combed cotton yarns in Ne20 - Ne150 range.Our production line is fully automatized. 100% organic cotton bales collected from the field are processed and tested in our high-end laboratory. No human touch is included in any stage of the production process.We have an extensive after-sales support for our customers in Turkish Market and the World Market. Our aim is to answer customer request as soon as possible with maximum satisfaction.
